HARRISBURG – The City of Harrisburg’s Treasurer is unable to process payments made through the online credit provider, EZPay Automated Payment Services. It is unclear why these services are no longer operating, but the Treasurer’s Office is in the process of searching for another provider.

Until further notice the City will only be able to accept payments in cash, check or money order.

Payments can be mailed, brought to our office or placed in the City Drop Box. The Drop Box is located outside of the MLK Government Center to the right of the rear entrance.

Automatic bill payments are not impacted by EZPay’s service issues. If you pay city bills by automatic payment they will continue to be paid without interruption.  If you would like to enroll in no-fee automatic bill payment you may do so by calling our office at 717-255-3046 or completing the automatic bill payment form found on the City’s website.

    Hello Lynette,
    At what location did you receive the ticket? If it was in downtown/midtown Harrisburg your ticket was most likely issued by Park Harrisburg. They can be reached at 717-234-2274. If it was outside of downtown or Midtown Harrisburg it was issued by the City of Harrisburg Parking Enforcement. You can reach them by calling 3-1-1 or 717-255-3040.

    When is the online payments for trash going to be resolved? An online payment system for a utility is some basic business and it’s been unavailable for months. I don’t have time to write and mail checks or pay in person. This is 2018, please act accordingly and inform us when this simple task is accomplished. Thanks.

      It’s Harrisburg. Incompetence in action. Just think like it’s 1950. Write a check, mail it, wait 90 days for it to clear.

    PLEASE resolve the online payment for trash bills! Is it that difficult to find another third party website? You won’t even allow us to pay by phone, some of us have busy schedules or other difficulties.

      Click on the Pay A Bill link of the home page of the site. Click on the red tab in the menu on the left of the screen and then click Pay A Bill.
