    Capital Region Water Making Important Customer Service Changes in January

    CRW Customer Service Staff and Cashiers Moving to the Water Services Center; Will Accept Credit Card Payments Over the Phone with No Fees

    HARRISBURG (December 29, 2014): Capital Region Water staff are moving from the City Government Center. Beginning Jan. 5, customers that need to pay their water bill in person must go to the Water Services Center.

    The Water Services Center is located at 100 Pine Drive in Harrisburg. From Cameron Street, customers can take Arsenal Blvd. and make a left onto Pine Drive. Free parking is available on site. No Capital Region Water staff will remain at the City Government Center.

    “We look forward to providing great service to our customers at our new location as part of our continuing transition from the City”, said CEO Shannon Williams. “Please give us a call at 888-510-0606 if you have any questions or concerns.”

    In a continuing effort to improve customer service, Capital Region Water will also begin offering customers the ability to pay their utility bills over the phone with no fees.

    Beginning Jan. 5, customers can call 888-510-0606 Ext. 1 to pay their utility bill over the phone with a credit card. Customers should have their account number ready when they call.

    “Our customers wanted easier ways to pay their monthly bill, and we listened” said Williams. “Providing convenient bill payment options is just one way Capital Region Water is working to improve customer service.”

    Customers will be able pay their bills online or sign up for automatic withdrawal payments in the second quarter of 2015.
