The City of Harrisburg wants to continue to provide quality summer festivals that attract hundreds of people from Central Pennsylvania and throughout the nation, the RFP states, but does not have sufficient staff to organize and manage them effectively. The RFP details how proposals will be judged and encourages participation of minority, women and LGBT business owners. The City will announce the selected vendor by March 20, 2015.
