The City of Harrisburg is in the process of preparing its Three-Year Consolidated Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Consolidated Plan will serve as the blueprint for the expenditures of federal funds in the City from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2023.
As part of this five-year planning process, Harrisburg is required to identify the housing and community development needs for low-moderate income persons and households, as well as persons with special needs such as disabilities, substance abuse, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, the elderly, the youth, etc. Your participation in this planning process will enable the City to develop an accurate strategy that addresses the priority needs of these groups and individuals.

Kindly attach any additional information (statistics, survey, studies, reports, applications, observations, annual reports, etc.) that will help the City to identify affordable housing needs, including barriers to affordable housing and employment issues.
