The Capital Blue Build a Better You health challenge will help you get started!  This five-week program, led by Capital Blue’s certified health coaches, will offer education, expertise, and support for your goals.

Best of all, this free opportunity is open to everyone!

Weekly sessions will focus on a different health topic consisting of expert advice, health screenings, an engaging activity, open discussion, peer support, healthy snacks and beverages, and weekly prizes.

With Nutrition for Energy, learn more about energy dense foods and how to make your own power-boosting snacks.

·        Exercise:

Learn how you can slow the aging process, boost your metabolism, and burn more calories every day!

·        Mindfulness

Breathe in, breathe out. Explore mindfulness techniques to help you achieve a clearer, more positive mindset.

·        Time/Stress Management

Accomplish more, make better decisions, and work more efficiently to reduce stress for a healthier life.

·        Sleep:

Explore your sleep satisfaction and dream up a plan to enhance the benefits.
