Sept. 5, 2018, Harrisburg, PA  – Mayor Eric Papenfuse will lead a press briefing at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at Cloverly Heights Playground, 1204 Rolleston St., to announce the renovation of five playgrounds in the City of Harrisburg.

Mayor Papenfuse will be joined by Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Deputy Secretary Lauren Imgrund, as well as officials with Capital Region Water and Impact Harrisburg, which provided funds and resources for the renovations.

The collaboration among the agencies resulted in improvements to playgrounds at Cloverly Heights, Royal Terrace, Penn, and Sayford Streets; Norwood and Holly Streets; and Fourth and Dauphin Streets.

DCNR, the City of Harrisburg, Impact Harrisburg and Capital Region Water formed a partnership in 2017 to renovate the playgrounds.
