IMG_2741[1]  Mayor Papenfuse called a Snow Emergency at midnight Wednesday mandating that parked cars be moved from designated Snow Emergency routes. City police and firemen went into neighborhoods to alert residents to move their cars from Snow Emergency routes.  Papenfuse and the chiefs praised city residents for cooperating and allowing Public Works vehicles to plow and salt the roads. Papenfuse and the chiefs noted the city’s Snow Emergency response was well-planned to ensure the safety of city residents.
