HARRISBURG – Mayor Papenfuse has suspended the application of penalties, interest, and fees on municipal waste accounts for City residential and commercial accounts, and Steelton residential accounts, through the duration of this disaster emergency.
“The City of Harrisburg understands that individuals may have trouble paying their bills promptly during these unprecedented times. We will not make matters worse by applying interest, penalties, or fees on late payments of trash bills in Harrisburg and Steelton during this disaster emergency,” said Mayor Papenfuse.
