MAYOR PAPENFUSE TO SPEAK AT STATE OF THE CITY BREAKFAST ON WEDNESDAY AT CAMP CURTIN YMCA

Mayor Eric Papenfuse will provide an overview of his administration’s accomplishments and challenges in the annual State of the City address at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at the Camp Curtin YMCA, 2135 N 6th St.

Doors open at 8 a.m. and the Continental Breakfast starts at 8:20 a.m. The theme of the event is “Strengthening Our Roots as a City and Region.”

“I am pleased to collaborate with the many worthy non-profits in our City who are sponsoring this year’s ‘State of Our City’ address,” said Mayor Papenfuse. “I thank them for their hard work in organizing the breakfast and in making it a truly grass-roots event.”

Several non-profits will share in the proceeds from this year’s State of the City address.
