HARRISBURG – Mayor Papenfuse joins fourteen other mayors from across the commonwealth to send the Pennsylvania congressional delegation a letter urging them to provide emergency fiscal assistance to cities. The funding would help local governments recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The letter, attached, encourages lawmakers to pass a local government fiscal assistance bill of at least $250 billion for the coming year to support cities across the state.
