The City of Harrisburg in cooperation with the Environmental Advisory Council is sponsoring a series of Townhall meetings to educate Harrisburg residents and businesses about the trash and recycling programs, as well as their responsibilities for maintenance of trees within the City.
Mayor Eric Papenfuse, as well as City Councilwoman Sandra Reid and Department of Public Works Director Aaron Johnson will attend the meetings that will be held throughout the city. Other city officials also will attend, including Arborist Erik Josephson and Recycling Coordinator John Rarig.
