The Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District is announcing the details of the Harrisburg St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 18, 2018. The parade is set to take place on Sunday, March 18th, at 2 p.m. A detailed map is available on the event website,

The parade will start on Commonwealth and Walnut streets, continuing down on Walnut and turning right on Second Street, along Restaurant Row to North Street. The parade ends at North and Third streets. The parade will feature an assortment of entertainment, Irish pipe and drum bands, fan-favorite fire trucks, animals, festive floats, Irish dance groups, and much more.

Also this year, we are honored to have Miss Pennsylvania, Katie Schreckengast, join us for the Parade. “We are pleased to be hosting this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade and are excited to show off more of our downtown business community. We invite you and your family to join us for a great day downtown,” said Todd Vander Woude, Executive Director of the Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District.
