    Good Morning, i work for Lendmark Financial we are a consumer finance and lending company. we are looking to move in the space at 6301 Grayson Rd in Harrisburg Pa 17111. Could you please let me know if there are any restrictions that could affect us other than zoning and if there is a limit on the number of finance companies in a certain radius.     This zoning change has been the worst idea of central planning in the City and has already reduced property values by way of restrictions, and has made many industrial buildings useless under the new code.

    This new zoning will not attract developers. It will turn them away. It is already turning them away.
