HARRISBURG – City officials invite the public to view a virtual presentation and provide feedback on the East-West Multimodal Connection Project. The project involves major improvements to Walnut Street [between Front St & 4th Street] and Chestnut Street [between 3rd St & 4th St].

An event on Tuesday will provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and learn more about the project.

WHAT: ‘Pop-Up’ Event on East-West Multimodal Connection Project 

WHEN: Tuesday November 17, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. 

WHERE: Strawberry Square, 1st Floor Atrium 

Concept improvements include bike lanes and lane-markings, raised crosswalks, and several sidewalk, driveway entrance, and curb ramp improvements.
