HARRISBURG — Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new village “Veterans Grove” on the morning of June 5th 2023. The village will consist of 15 transitional “tiny homes” and a community center for homeless veterans in the city of Harrisburg. All spaces will be accessible people with disabilities.
