HARRISBURG – Harrisburg City Council will be holding public discussions on the draft 2020 Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to set forth the framework necessary for orderly growth and development. It is a policy document used by City leaders, developers, business owners, and citizens to make decisions about future growth, development, policy, and capital improvements.
