Mayor Eric Papenfuse and Police Commissioner Thomas Carter will hold promotion and swearing-in ceremonies for 28 police officers at 10:00 a.m. Thursday January 9, 2020 at the Whitaker Center.
The ceremonies will include the promoting of 18 police officers and swearing in of 10 new officers.
The event is open to the public.
