Urban Meadow Courthouse Connection Bid

The City of Harrisburg is seeking bids to complete the extension of the urban meadow courthouse connection project. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, paving, milling, landscaping, drainage work, and ADA curb ramp installations.  The project will be managed by the City Engineer’s Office.  Submissions will be accepted electronically on Pennbid.net until 11:00 p.m. EST, 09/29/26, and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day where both parties are available.
