The HRP assists low- and moderate-income homeowners to repair and improve home health and safety (roof, plumbing, electrical and/or heating systems)

Eligible families must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Reside in the City of Harrisburg
• Meet HUD income eligibility requirements
• Total maximum income limits for qualifying families are listed below

Work is completed through a forgivable grant or low-interest loan that may be forgiven in five (5) years, as long as the home is maintained as the homeowner’s principal residence
