These free events enrich our Harrisburg communities and neighborhoods by giving kids and their families a fun and safe space to relax and spend time with family. We host annual events like the Halloween Bash at the Brownstone, Family Fishing Day, our Winter Wonderland, and an Annual Easter Egg Hunt.

We have various opportunities for individuals and businesses to contribute to these events and our community! Check out our different sponsorship packages below.
These events are funded by generous sponsorship, donations, and volunteer efforts. Sponsors are also able to promote themselves to the community and market themselves through event promotions while volunteers have an opportunity to network!
Annual Events
Halloween Bash at the Brownstone
Our free Halloween Bash is held every October the Wednesday before Trick or Treating! We have activities for everyone including:
- Crafts
- Costume contest
- Face painting
- Hot Dogs, Popcorn, and Soda
- Games
Winter Wonderland
Come celebrate the holidays with crafts to represent Christmas, Hanukah, and Kwanza! Grab some breakfast and enjoy all that winter has to offer with:
- Holiday photos
- Holiday crafts
- Face painting
- Toys
Family Fishing Day
Family Fishing Day is an opportunity for the community to come to learn to fish at Italian Lake no permit is required! Registration is required and please note the following:
- Registration is required
- Check-in begins at 9:30am
- The required edu session starts at 10:00am
- Bait and poles available while supplies last
- Fish fry station
- Water and Hot Chocolate will be available
Easter Bunny Blast
Hop on over to our annual Easter celebration! We will be celebrating spring with lots of activities including:
- Easter egg hunt
- Easter Bunny photos
- Spring-themed crafts
- Music
- Candy and Snacks
